Magnum Taxis, a Stoke-on-Trent private hire firm, came to us when Uber started taking their market. We rebuilt their website and created a custom online booker with dispatch integration and card payments, replacing an untrackable iframe their dispatch provider supplied.
Then we built the system around it: local search pages for surrounding towns, social content, Google Ads, and an AI-enabled chatbot on WhatsApp and Messenger. The website is the hub of the whole operation now, not a brochure.
