The PDX Padel Shopify store with custom product page features by ViralMouth
The situation

WHERE THEY
WERE.

PDX Padel is a padel equipment retailer on Shopify, competing against established sports retailers with ten times their budget. Their product pages were standard Shopify and their organic visibility was effectively zero: 41 clicks in September 2025.

The work ran in three layers: product page development to convert more of the traffic they already had, paid campaigns to buy demand, and an SEO content system to build an owned channel that would outlast both.

The work

WHAT WE
BUILT.

01

Shopify development

Custom product page features designed to lift add-to-carts on high-consideration equipment.

02

Google Ads

November 2025 to April 2026. Scaled from £779 to £1,723 a month while conversions grew from 4 to 15 a month.

03

Meta Ads

Ran alongside Google for the same six-month window.

04

SEO content system

A full topical map with buyer-intent content: racket buyer guides, carbon fibre vs fibreglass, EVA foam cores, shapes, weight. Published on their blog and still live today.

The outcomes

WHAT IT
DID.

41 to 765 organic clicks a month, Sep to Feb peak
~18x organic growth in six months
£7,932 Google Ads spend managed
4 to 15 monthly ad conversions, Nov to Apr

Search Console and Google Ads account data. The SEO window ran Nov 2025 to Jun 2026; clicks have held at 500 to 650 a month since it ended. Ads conversion value tracking was incomplete, so we report volume, not ROAS.

The part we are proudest of: the content system kept producing after we left. Six months after the SEO window closed, organic clicks are still running at 500 to 650 a month. That is the difference between renting traffic and owning it.
