Content Shoot Terms

What you buy

The Content Shoot is a single short-form video production package.

You get one prep call. We build three video ideas around your business. The shoot is at one agreed place for up to 90 minutes. You get three edited 15-30 second vertical videos with captions, sized for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. One round of changes per video is included.

We deliver within five working days of the shoot once we have what we need from you.

Price and payment

The introductory price is £595 for the first three paid clients. After that the standard price is £750. Full payment books the shoot. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout.

Optional add-on: Profile Optimisation

At checkout you can add Profile Optimisation for £150. You get a ready-to-paste optimisation pack for two agreed platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok or Facebook: bio and description text, name and title fields, link and call-to-action recommendations, and a plan for pinning your new videos. We deliver the pack with your edited videos. We write it; applying it to your accounts is up to you. If we cannot take your booking on and refund it, the add-on is refunded with it.

Refunds

A real person reviews every booking within 2 working days. If we cannot take it on - fit, location or diary - you get a full refund. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Dates, changes and no-shows

We agree the shoot date with you in writing. If you need to move it, tell us as soon as you can. Terms for late changes and missed shoots are set out in your booking confirmation.

Agreed separately, where they apply

Some things are priced and agreed outside this package when they apply. These include:

• Shoot location and travel cost.
• Rescheduling and cancellation terms.
• Extra revision rounds.
• Raw footage.
• Extra aspect ratios or a very different edit.
• How and where the videos may be used beyond the agreed delivery.
• Rush delivery.
• Extra locations, shoot time or deliverables.

ViralMouth does not guarantee specific view counts, engagement, leads, sales or virality. We cannot promise how content will perform.
